With more than 24 years of Executive Search and Corporate Recruiting experience, Kyle has a solid reputation for identifying, developing and placing mid-to senior-level executives in positions with large corporate, middle market and small businesses globally.  As President and Founder of Elmsmere Associates, Inc., Kyle manages a generalist-based Research/Recruiting firm with niche practices in the Retail/Wholesale, Financial Services, Advertising, Media and Pharmaceutical industries.  Other industries the firm deals with include Biotech, Hospitality, Engineering, General Industrial, Environmental, Technology, Consumer Products and eCommerce.  Kyle is personally involved with all assignments from strategy to completion and works closely with her team of independent business partners on project parameters, execution tactics and deadlines.  Prior to starting Elmsmere Associates, Kyle held various Research, Recruiting and Corporate HR positions with Eastman & Beaudine, Inc., as Research Director,  Whitney-McRae as a Recruiting Associate, Whitney Group as Research Director and Gartner Group as a Recruiter/HR Administrator.  Kyle has a degree in Business from Marymount College. She resides in Sugar Land, TX, is married to husband, Tom and has two children, Connor and Taylor.
