Hillary has been supporting Elmsmere Associates for over three years assisting with Candidate Identification and Candidate Development projects in a variety of industries, including Retail/Wholesale, Financial Services, Advertising, and Bio-Pharmaceutical. She has nineteen years of Recruiting experience, with ten years as an Executive Recruiter and Manager at Gap Inc. supporting, C-Suite, Finance, Compensation, Design, Human Resources, Distribution and Construction searches. She spent time as a Recruiter at Deloitte & Touche supporting the Americas Tax Practice, and was a Contract Recruiter at VISA Financial. After attending Michigan State University, Hillary started her career in Advertising at J. Walter Thompson, and worked in Radio writing commercials and doing voiceovers for an affiliate of CBS in South Bend, Indiana. Hillary resides in Eugene, Oregon, is married to husband Robert, has two children and 3 grandchildren.
